Well, I am happy to report that I am still quit.  I don't get on the computer too much these days, as it triggers craves (used to be main smoking place before I quit.  Anyways, Am still spending lots of time with nonsmokers.  A few nights ago, went to a smoke filled bar with my boyfriend and did not even think about smoking.  Pretty awesome feeling.  I did not think I'd ever get to this point, but so glad I kept trying because I am worth it.  Freedom is more wonderful than I ever imagined.

I hear you , sister. It is a trip, isn't it? I never smoked in the house, but I'm a writer and would frequently have to gooutside while writing. So,  I feel you. I couldn't get on the computer either for very long, but then, I started to get up, but instead of going outside and smoking, I went outside, took a deeep breathe, and walked around the pool and came back. It worked. I kept doing that untill I didn't need to,
